ASTM A213 Tp304l grade covers standard specifications for boilers, heat exchangers, and superheated vessels. The ASTM A213 Tp304l Tube is a low-carbon austenitic grade designed with a superior composition of nickel and chromium, allowing these tubes to work well in corrosive and oxidative media across stress-induced setups. The versatile SA 213 TP 304L Stainless Steel Tubing can work in high-temperature applications for a prolonged period of time. This tubing has excellent surface quality and has very low levels of sensitization in the system.

The ASTM A249 TP304 grade covers seamless, welded, and erw configurations. ASME SA213 Type 304L Seamless Tubing is designed to work in high temperature setups. This tubing is manufactured is produced as hot steel billets are passed through extruded metal to weld them in their correct position. This gives the tubes without any welds excellent strength and load-bearing capacity than welded tubes. The ASTM A213 TP304L Welded Tube is a cost-effective solution to the seamless tubes. These tubes may not have the same strength but can be shaped in different dimensions, which is not possible with seamless pipes. The ASME SA 213 304L Stainless Steel Welded Pipe are manufactured as sheets or strips are rolled followed by welding them in place making use of standard shop welding procedures. The tubes are subject to several tests before they are made fit for use in high-temperature applications. SA213 Grade 304L ERW Tubing is a module that is produced after a high voltage electric current is passed through the metal to weld it longitudinally.
