Electropolishing of stainless steel is a process wherein there is reverse plating takes place, making use of an electrochemical solution to remove the exterior skin of the metal part. The Electropolished Stainless Steel Tubing doesn’t have any contaminants, heat tint, or oxide scales. These tubes have excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance properties in stress-induced environments. Electropolished Stainless Steel Pipe has a superior surface finish, and the roughness is reduced. This allows the pipes to have accurate dimensions and allow them to be used in different sensory systems. The Electropolished Stainless Steel grade is generally designed in standard 304 and 316 configurations. Stainless Steel 304 Electro Tubes are manufactured with a superior chemical composition of nickel and chromium with other constituting alloys. The tubes are cost-effective components due to their widespread usage and supply chain. The 304L Stainless Steel Electropolished Tubes are a low-carbon alternative to the 304 grade and can be welded easily. These tubes have lower resistance to sensitization and intergranular corrosion. SS 316LElectropolished Pipe is manufactured with a superior composition of nickel, chromium, and molybdenum. The low-carbon grade pipes have enhanced resistance to reducing media when compared to the 304 grade tubes.
