Stainless steel 321 grade is an austenitic grade of steel product. The Stainless Steel 321 Pipe is designed with a superior chemical composition consisting of chromium and nickel while being stabilized by titanium. These pipes showcase superior strength and can be utilized in an array of corrosive and reducing media. The 321 Stainless Steel Pipe can be used in temperatures between 538 to 870 degrees C. They have a minimum tensile strength of 515mpa with a minimum yield strength of 205mpa. The pipes in the SS 321 grade can be easily elongated by 40% and possess a hardness of Rockwell 95 HRB max. This versatile grade of pipes possesses an excellent forming capacity and can be welded in place following standard welding procedures.

The ASTM A312 TP321 Seamless Pipe is produced by passing hot steel billets through the extruded metal grade. This makes the pipe free of any seams or welds, allowing them to have superior load-bearing capacity in different environmental conditions. Designed with a density of 8.27 g/cm3, the Stainless Steel 321 Seamless Tube exhibits outstanding strength as compared to the seamless pipes. These tubes can be formed in square, round, rectangular cross sections allowing them to adapt to different applications. The robust 321 Stainless Steel Tubing can be either hot or cold rolled and further heat treated. These tubes are generally annealed at temperatures around 1605 degrees F, followed by a water quenching process. This gives the tubing enhanced resistance to corrosive media. EN 1.4541 Tubing can be custom designed in an array of shapes and sizes.
