Instrumentation tubing is a device that connects a wide spectrum of components that are attached to different machines and central piping equipment. Instrumentation Tubing is a high-strength grade that helps in safety and automation in the system. These tubes are used adjacent to different pressure switches, valves, piping systems, etc. Our institution is a Stainless Steel Instrumentation Tubing Manufacturer In India that has a wide stock of inventory of different tubes that can be designed in an array of shapes and sizes. These tubes are quality assured and produced with the best raw materials and latest technology.
The instrumentation tubing is designed in the most common 304 and 316 configurations. A 316 Ss Instrument Tubing is produced consisting of a chemical content of 16% chromium, 10% nickel, and 2% of molybdenum. The superior content embedded in the 316 Ss Instrument Tube gives them enhanced resistance to corrosive and oxidative media across stress-induced setups. These tubes also showcase good tolerance to pitting and crevice corrosion in the system. The Stainless Steel 304 Instrumentation Tube is a cost-effective alternative to the 316 grade. Designed with an 18/8 chromium and nickel content the tubes have slightly lower corrosion resistance properties than SS316 tubes. Stainless Steel 304l Instrumentation Tube is a low-carbon grade that has good machining and welding capabilities. These tubes are resistant to sensitization that incurs after the welding procedure. The Stainless Steel Seamless Instrumentation Tubing is designed without any seams or welds embedded on its surface. This allows the modules to showcase superior strength and excellent load-bearing capacity in harsh environmental conditions.
